Inspired by the love I have for my own dog, Mash, and frustrated with the plastic-filled options in the pet industry, I set out to find high-quality, eco-friendly dog products that pet parents can feel great about giving. At 11½ years young, Mash is my loyal sidekick and the ultimate judge of taste around here. Though he may be getting older, don’t let that fool you - Mash still rules the roost with his cunning ways and knows exactly how to get what he wants!
His top choice from our range? The Chewllagen Chips! Made with grass-fed cattle collagen, these tasty treats are gentle on his joints, helping him stay spry while satisfying his need for something chewy.

Scout the Golden Retriever – Master of Tricks and Biscuit Balancer
Scout is the brains of the team, bringing a mix of elegance and playfulness to every product test. As my best friend’s Golden Retriever, he’s always eager to lend a paw in trying out the latest flavours and textures. Scout’s favorite trick? Balancing one of our Salmon and Seaweed Biscuits on his nose! Smart, loyal, and endlessly patient, he keeps us laughing and on our toes. Scout’s always ready for a taste test, especially if it involves fishy treats packed with Omega-3s for a glossy coat and strong, happy heart.
Angus the Golden Retriever – Comedian and Sausage Slice Superfan
Every team needs a joker, and Angus plays the part perfectly. Known for his silly antics and expressive face, Angus brings a lot of energy and laughter to our little 4 Paws & Planet family. Though he can be a bit picky with new treats, there’s one thing that always gets his tail wagging: our Sausage Slices! The rabbit-flavoured ones are his personal favourite, and they’re the only thing that Angus insists on for snack time. He might be fussy, but he knows good taste when he finds it, and we love him for keeping us honest.
Charlie the Rottweiler – The Heart of the Pack, Gone But Never Forgotten
Although she’s no longer with us, Charlie’s spirit remains at the core of4 Paws and Planet. Charlie came from a tough beginning but blossomed into the gentlest, most nurturing soul. When Mash was a tiny puppy, Charlie took on the role of mum & teacher (she even taught Mash to swim by pushing him in the pond!), enduring his playful nips and sharp little teeth with endless patience. She taught both Mash and me so much about kindness and understanding. Today, Charlie’s legacy lives on in everything we do, and her image graces our biscuit labels alongside Mash and Scout. She may be gone, but she’ll always be a part of our story and a reminder of the love and resilience that dogs bring into our lives.
